Biography

Ciera joined Cannon Law Group as a bookkeeper in 2018. Through her proven abilities to lead and organize the firm, she was quickly promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, she is responsible for all financial functions of the firm, including reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. She also provides bookkeeping services to some of our clients, and even serves as CFO for several other in-house companies, which center around real estate development, capital lending, and marketing.

Ciera’s expertise stems from over 10 years in the financial industry, spanning from entry to executive level experience. She began her career as a legal account specialist with Discover Financial Services, a Fortune 500 company, before moving on as an assistant controller at Intermountain Drilling Supply, a distributor and manufacturer of consumable drilling supplies.

When Ciera is not in the office, you can find her coaching local youth sports or playing slow pitch softball. Her husband and three kids are very supportive of her career and spending quality time with them is essential.
